Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 4-5 passion fruits, halved
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • A few fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, gently combine the sliced kiwis and bananas.
  2. Take a passion fruit half and use a spoon to scoop out the pulp and seeds. Add the pulp to the bowl with the other fruits. Repeat for all the passion fruits.
  3. If you desire a bit more sweetness, drizzle the honey or maple syrup over the fruit.
  4. Gently toss the salad to ensure all the fruits are coated with the passion fruit pulp. Be careful not to mash the bananas.
  5. Divide the salad into four serving bowls.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  7. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
